Privacy Policy

    Last updated: October 28, 2026

    Konectiz Web Agency ("Konectiz", "we"), a division of Groupe ABSD Inc., designs and operates artificial intelligence voice and chat agents. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

    1. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

    Konectiz's person in charge of the protection of personal information is Baggio AMOUZOU, President and Chief Executive Officer. You can reach this person with any question, complaint or request about your personal information:

    2. Who this policy covers

    It covers the information Konectiz collects on its own behalf: on konectiz.com and playground.konectiz.com, in conversations with our own agents (demos, demo line, trial, discovery calls), in the client console and in our prospecting.

    When we operate an agent on behalf of a client business (for example its phone reception), that business is responsible for its customers' information; we then act as its service provider, under the contract between us. To exercise your rights over that information, first contact the business you called.

    3. Information we collect

    We collect only the information needed for the purposes in section 4:

    • What you give us: name, email, phone, business, industry, needs and messages sent through our forms, by email or during a meeting.
    • Your conversations with our agents: phone number, conversation transcript, summary written by the agent and, when the call announces it, the voice recording.
    • Proof of your consent: when you ask to be called by an agent, we keep the exact text you accepted, its version, your number, the date and the IP address.
    • For a trial: the information about your business needed to build your trial agent.
    • Reading a private proposal: on a proposal page we prepared for your organization (playground.konectiz.com/proposition/…), and only if you accept it in the window that opens when you arrive, the sections you read, how far you scroll, the time spent, your IP address and device type. We also keep your choice, how you gave it and its date; if you refuse, nothing else is collected.
    • Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, source of the visit and approximate location.
    • Prospecting: public business contact details (name, role, business email and phone), taken from public sources. Our prospecting notice gives the details.

    4. Why we use it

    • To answer your requests and quotes, and book appointments;
    • To run the demos and trials you ask for;
    • To provide, manage and bill our services;
    • To prove your consent to be called and honour your withdrawal;
    • To check and improve the quality of our agents (recordings and transcripts serve this purpose);
    • To contact businesses likely to be interested in our services;
    • To follow up on a proposal we made to you and improve our proposal pages (these measurements are never sold or used for advertising, and your organization does not receive them);
    • To measure audience and protect our sites against bots and fraud;
    • To meet our legal obligations.

    5. Our artificial intelligence agents

    • Our agents say from the start that they are artificial intelligence assistants.
    • When a call is recorded, the agent says so at the start of the call. In writing, the conversation is kept as text.
    • You can ask to speak with a person on our team, or end the conversation, at any time.
    • Our agents only call you with your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time, during the call or by replying STOP to a text.
    • A trial request may be declined automatically if it does not meet the conditions shown on the form (for example, a number outside Canada). You can then write to us so that a person reviews the request and hears your comments.
    • Never give an agent a card number, a password or a social insurance number: none will ask you for one.

    6. Consent

    We collect your information with your consent, for the purposes stated at the time of collection. A call by an agent requires a separate, express consent that names the business and the number called. On a proposal page, the reading measurement is accepted by closing the information window ("Continue" button, the close button, the Escape key or a click outside it) and refused with the "Stop measuring my reading" button, which stays at the bottom of every page; nothing is sent before you choose. You can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by writing to contact@konectiz.com.

    7. Providers and communication outside Quebec

    We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run our services:

    Law 25 requires a privacy impact assessment before such communications, and a written agreement with each provider. These assessments are not finished yet, and we are reviewing our providers' data processing agreements: we will update this page when that work is done. For any question, write to us (section 13).

    9. Security

    We protect your information with reasonable measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, two-factor authentication on the client console, bot protection on forms, and agents that collect only what they need. No measure is infallible: if an incident occurs, section 11 applies.

    • Correction: have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected;
    • Withdrawal of consent: at any time;

    • Portability: receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format;
    • Complaint: to us, then to Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI).

    To exercise your rights, write to contact@konectiz.com. We answer within 30 days at most.

    11. Confidentiality incidents

    If a confidentiality incident occurs, we take reasonable steps to reduce its consequences. If it presents a risk of serious injury, we promptly notify Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned, as the law requires.

    12. Cookies

    Our sites use cookies to work, measure their audience (Google Analytics) and protect their forms against bots (reCAPTCHA on konectiz.com, Turnstile on playground.konectiz.com). You can set your browser to refuse them; some features, such as sending a form, may then stop working. On proposal pages, your reading-measurement choice is kept in your browser's local storage.

    13. Changes and contact

    We will update this policy when our practices or the law change; the date at the top of the page shows the last update. For any question, contact our person in charge of the protection of personal information:
