We build AI agents, then we keep them running
Konectiz is a Montreal company. We design, connect and run voice agents, chatbots and automations for small and mid-sized businesses, in French and English. And we still build websites: that is where we started.
From the website to what happens after the click
Konectiz started as a web agency: websites built to convert, and the campaigns that bring people to them. But a website that converts does little good if the request waits until tomorrow, or if the phone rings into the void.
That is the link we chose to work on. Today, most of our work is about AI agents: they answer calls, call leads back, answer on websites and connect tools to each other. We build them, we wire them into your tools, and we run them on infrastructure we operate ourselves.
Principles you can check
Not adjectives: things you can see on this site and in our demos.
Show rather than describe
Our agents can be tested online before you even talk to us: 12 public demos, no account needed.
Bilingual end to end
Agents, console and site exist in French and English, built together rather than translated afterwards.
A person within reach
Every agent can hand off to your team, and everything it does stays readable in your console.
Consent first
Our outbound agents only call people who consented, and that consent is kept as evidence.
We run what we build
Orchestration, databases and automations run on infrastructure we administer. You do not inherit a black box.
Saying no when we should
If an agent makes no sense for you, we tell you. An honest answer up front beats a bad surprise later.
