Call every lead back, with the consent the law requires
The agent calls your new leads back while they are still at their screen, confirms your appointments and checks in after a visit. Always with express consent, kept as evidence.
Typical flow
The person consents
Versioned wording, kept as evidence
The agent calls back
Within permitted hours, in their time zone
It qualifies the need
And plainly sets aside a poor fit
It books the meeting
And leaves a summary for your team
- Consent on file
- CRTC calling hours
- No cold texting
- French and English
Callback time decides everything
The lead is comparing
Whoever fills in your form often fills in others. The first to call back speaks to someone who is paying attention.
The request waits until tomorrow
It comes in at night, the team sees it in the morning. In between, the interest fades.
The unconfirmed appointment
A slot nobody confirmed is a slot that may stay empty.
Several uses, the same rigour
Callbacks to new leads
It calls back, qualifies the need and books the meeting with the right person.
Speed to lead, any sector
Real estate, insurance, renovation, software, fitness: the same agent changes voice and script.
Appointment confirmation
It confirms a real appointment, and moves it to a real slot if asked.
Post-visit survey
One question, a score out of ten. Depending on the answer: a review link, nothing at all, or an alert to the manager.
Qualifies without pushing
A poor fit is set aside plainly, rather than pushed into a pointless meeting.
A summary for the team
What was said, what was captured, what is left to do.
Recognises voicemail
It knows when it reaches a voicemail box.
Switches language mid-call
If the person switches to French, it follows.
What governs every call
Automated calling is regulated. Here are the mechanisms actually in place: not intentions, but things that run before a number is ever dialled.
Express consent, versioned, retained
The exact consent wording is shown to the person word for word, then rebuilt identically server-side. It is retained with its version, the number, the IP address, the user agent and a timestamp. It is evidence, not a checkbox.
Calling hours in the person's time zone
A slot is only valid if it satisfies both your business hours and the CRTC window, computed in the called person's time zone rather than yours. An area code straddling two zones must be valid in both.
No cold texting
A text never goes out to someone who did not ask for it. Messages accompany a conversation that was already consented to: confirmation, reminder, reply.
Outside Canada, never dialled automatically
A North American number outside Canada falls under a different regime than the CRTC rules. It is recorded and flagged for manual review, never dialled by the machine.

Your own voice agent, built from a single call
Our agent calls you, you describe your business, and yours is ready a few minutes later. You get it by email and text, then try it in our console for fourteen days.
- No credit card, no commitment
- About a seven-minute call, not another form
- It learns your website, if you have one
Canadian numbers · The call comes within minutes, during calling hours in your area
Outbound calls, next to inbound
Every outbound call lands in the same console as inbound ones, with its summary, its transcript and what is left to do.
- Inbound, outbound and web in one list
- An exclusion list that stops every call to a number
- Search that reaches into transcripts

What we will not do
Call a purchased list
Without express consent naming your business and the number being called, there is no call.
Hide that it is an AI
The AI-generated voice is stated in the consent, before the call.
Promise you compliance
No tool makes an organisation compliant on its own. We document our mechanisms, you validate your obligations.
From the form to the first callback
We start from your forms
Where your leads come from, and what they ask for.
We write the consent
The exact wording, naming your business and the number being called.
We set up the agent
Its script, its questions, your business hours and the CRTC window.
We put it to the test
Wrong person, refusal, voicemail, language switch: before your leads.
Common questions
What makes these calls lawful?
Prior express consent. An AI voice agent is an automated dialling system under CRTC rules; it cannot solicit without consent naming the brand and the number. That is what the form captures and what we retain.
Can we call a list of prospects?
No. Without express consent naming your business and the number being called, an AI voice agent cannot solicit. We only dial numbers that gave that consent.
How long do you keep the consent evidence?
Three years, in a dedicated register, with the exact wording, its version, the number, the IP address, the user agent and the timestamp.
Does this work outside Quebec?
Anywhere in Canada, with calling hours computed in each person's time zone. For the United States and Europe the framework changes (TCPA, ePrivacy): we discuss that beforehand, not after.
