Your console: your agents, your conversations, your follow-ups
An agent working without you seeing what it does is not worth much. Your console shows you everything: what the agent said, what it promised, and what is still waiting on an answer from you.
The opposite of a black box
Most phone answering services send you an email with a summary, when they send you anything. We did the reverse: a workspace where you open the conversation, listen to it, read it, and see what it set in motion. Your data stays yours, and you consult it whenever you want.
Seven screens, one place
Dashboard
Calls received, average duration, total cost in Canadian dollars, what is left to handle and what is done. The cost is in dollars, not credits - and it is broken down per agent.
To do
One queue for everything waiting on someone, with a distinction nobody else makes: what the agent is still handling on one side, what needs a person on the other. Take a case and it leaves everyone else’s queue.
Conversations
Inbound, outbound, and the ones opened from your own site - voice and chat alike, filterable by channel. Each with its summary, its turn-by-turn transcript, and its recording when there is one. Search reaches inside the transcripts.
Contacts
An address book you do not have to fill in: calls, messages and internal notes file themselves onto a single timeline, with the source and the date of first contact. When someone calls back, the context is already there.
Statistics
The per-agent breakdown over the period you choose: calls, duration, cost, line by line, with the total. Enough to decide which one to keep as is and which one to adjust.
Your agents, in plain sight
Every agent deployed for you, with its role, its languages, its voice and its cost over the period. This is a read-only screen: creation and configuration stay with us, so nobody breaks a live agent by accident.
Outbound, with guardrails
If you do outreach: campaigns with their attempt count, their calling windows and their cap, plus a do-not-call list that is not up for debate. This group only appears if an outbound agent is assigned to you.
Everything a call leaves behind
Open any conversation and you get the summary, the full transcript, the recording when there is one, and the place to record what you did about it.
- Summary and turn-by-turn transcript
- Recording, when there is one
- Handling status and internal notes
The console, screen by screen
These are not mockups: they are the screens you will get, in your language.
The film
A client journey, from the invitation to the team
Video · 1 min 21 s · narrated in French
Nathalie, a garage owner, receives her invitation, discovers the console with the guided tour, handles her conversations and invites a colleague. Filmed in the real console, with fictional data.
TranscriptEnglish translation of the French narration (French captions in the video).
0:00The invitation
Konectiz presents the journey of Nathalie, owner of Garage Rousseau, in her console. It all starts with an email: she is invited to join her garage's workspace.
0:12First sign-in
She chooses her password, then signs in. A six-digit code, received by email, confirms it is really her.
0:23The guided tour
The console welcomes her and offers a guided tour: each screen is presented next to its entry in the menu.
0:31Conversations
In conversations, every exchange of her agents: inbound calls, outbound calls, and written conversations from her website. She opens a call: the summary, what the agent promised, what is left to do, and the full transcript. An internal note, and the whole team is in the loop.
0:49To do
In “To do”, what is waiting for a person, sorted by urgency. Nathalie takes the file and checks the callback off as done.
0:58The team
Then she invites Kevin, her service advisor, as an employee limited to the agent Mike. Kevin receives his invitation and only sees Mike's conversations. Nathalie's file is marked there: a colleague is on it. Konectiz brings your agents' conversations and your team together in one place.
The whole context, before the transcript
Four lines at the top of the screen answer the only questions that matter: why the person called, what the agent promised them, what is left to do, what has already been tried. You know what to do before reading a single line of dialogue.
- Why · Promised · Remaining · Already tried
- Overdue items stand out in red, with their date and priority
- The cost of the call in Canadian dollars, and in credits
What the agent handles, and what needs a person
One queue for everything that is waiting. Each case separates what the agent is still pursuing on its own from what needs a person - and when you take a case, it leaves everyone else’s queue.
- Four counters at the top: files waiting, waiting on you, overdue, handled by the agent
- Sorted by urgency, with the age of every case
- “Claim” assigns the case to you and removes it from everyone else’s queue
The record nobody had to fill in
Calls, emails and internal notes file themselves onto a single timeline. When the person calls back, the context is already there - with where they came from and the date of first contact.
- One timeline mixing call, email and internal note
- Acquisition source and date of first contact
- Action items you can tick off, with their due date
The real cost, in dollars
Not in credits, not in a theoretical plan: the amount in Canadian dollars, over the period you choose, broken down agent by agent. Enough to know what the phone actually costs you.
- Calls received, average duration and total cost over the period
- What is left to handle, what is done, which agents are live
- The cost breakdown, agent by agent
Find anything, transcripts included
Inbound, outbound, and calls opened from your own site, all in one list. Search covers summaries and numbers - and, at the press of a button, the content of the transcripts themselves.
- Inbound, outbound, web - filterable by direction
- The “Transcripts” button takes the search inside the text
- Filters by agent, period, status and whether a recording exists
